Learning Before Making: My Journey Into Entrepreneurship and Self Growth

Learning Before Making

Introduction: A Simple Goal That Changed Everything

For a long time, I had a clear goal in mind: I wanted to build financial independence and create a meaningful future for myself.

When I entered university, I chose English Studies. At the time, it seemed like a simple academic path. But for me, it was more than that it was a tool. A way to access opportunities, improve communication, and connect with a wider world.

What I didn’t realize then was that learning a language alone would not be enough to reach the goals I had in mind.

Realizing That Learning Alone Is Not Enough

As I progressed in my studies, I started to understand something important: language opens doors, but skills build results.

If I wanted to become an entrepreneur and build something meaningful, I needed more than academic knowledge. I needed to understand how business actually works.

That realization changed the direction of my learning completely.

By day, I focused on my university studies. By night, I started exploring a different world: entrepreneurship, business, and personal development.

It wasn’t a structured plan at first. It was curiosity mixed with necessity. I didn’t want to waste time moving blindly without understanding the systems behind success.

Entering the World of Entrepreneurship

This is where everything expanded.

I started reading books and learning from people who had already built what I wanted to build. I studied topics like mindset, marketing, sales, copywriting, online tools, and how both digital and traditional businesses operate.

At first, everything felt overwhelming. It was a completely different universe compared to what I was used to.

So I started general. I didn’t try to master one thing immediately. Instead, I focused on building a broad understanding of how everything connects.

At the same time, I began applying small parts of what I was learning. Not everything worked, but that was part of the process.

Wins, Setbacks, and Lessons

Some of my early results might look small from the outside, but for me, they meant progress. They showed me that I was moving in the right direction.

I also experienced setbacks. Things didn’t always go as planned. But over time, I stopped seeing setbacks as failures and started seeing them as feedback.

Each mistake helped me understand something I couldn’t learn from theory alone.

Gradually, my perspective started to change. I began to see how business, money, communication, and value creation actually work in the real world.

One important truth became clear:

There is no fast path to success. Only consistent learning, application, and patience over time.

Where I Am Now

I’m not a multimillionaire yet.

But I’ve changed in a way that matters just as much.

Five years ago, I had ambition but very little direction. Today, I have knowledge, experience, and a clearer understanding of the path I want to follow.

For me, growth comes in two parts:

  • Learning what to do
  • Actually doing it consistently

Right now, I’m still in the process of building the second part.

Why I Wrote an eBook

Over the years, I started organizing everything I’ve learned into a structured system.

That eventually became an eBook. If you want to explore it, you can find it here: LINK

It is not based on theory alone, but on the combination of learning, observation, and application.

The ebook includes 8 core areas:

  • Mindset and discipline for success
  • Money and sales psychology
  • Communication, persuasion, and influence
  • Business building and execution
  • People, loyalty, and team dynamics
  • Contracts, legal, and business reality
  • Customer service and retention
  • Long-term strategy and vision

Each section reflects lessons that I believe are essential for anyone trying to build something long-term.

Final Thought

If there is one idea that connects everything I shared in this journey, it is this:

Real progress does not come from consuming information alone. It comes from learning, applying, making mistakes, and improving through experience.

Everything I have learned over the past years, from language learning to business and entrepreneurship has followed this same pattern.

I’m still building, still learning, and still refining my path. But I’ve reached a point where the lessons I’ve collected are no longer just personal experience, they have become structured principles I use in my daily life and work.

That is what led me to organize everything into a structured eBook.

Not as a “shortcut to success,” but as a clear breakdown of ideas, frameworks, and lessons that helped me shift from learning randomly to learning with direction and purpose.

If you are on a similar path,  trying to improve your skills, build something of your own, or understand how growth actually works, you might find it very useful.
